If the source of the problem is found to be due to our service we will contact you to work out a solution

Refunds will be made at our sole discretion and can only be made to the listing owner.  Other direct or indirect costs are not refundable.

Refunds are not payable because you have changed your mind

Refunds are not payable because you have selected the wrong listing package, or not read the fine print of our packages or our terms and conditions

Refunds are not payable if your property listing has been published on our website, or any other partner sites or industry portals that we place it on

If we choose to refund your payment a $25 refund administration fee may be payable
